Destination Black Hills, LLC a South Dakota corporation, was established with the goal of filling all the rooms in the Black Hills area focusing on the Southern Hills. We invite you to join us in achieving this goal.
As a vendor-member, you would complete a property profile with the intent of listing your facility on the Destination Black Hills reservation system. This listing should include, but not limited to, all room types, descriptions, pictures, amenities and rates.
PROPERTY PROFILE
Our vendor-members have two options for listing their property on our website.
- Vendor-members, at no cost, will be given a user name and password to access their profile page on the Destination Black Hills website for the purpose of inputting their information. Once completed the profile page will be proofed and approved by a Destination Black Hills staff member. Upon approval, the page will be available on the website for immediate bookings.
- Vendor-members will provide Destination Black Hills with all profile information. Destination Black Hills, for a fee, will input and set up all profile information. Vendor-member will be given the opportunity to view their profile page prior to it being available online.
In either option, Vendor-member will be responsible for keeping their information up to date.
RESERVATIONS/ALLOCATION of INVENTORY
Destination Black Hills offers three ways to allocate your inventory.
- Listing an entire inventory is the best for everyone. Inventory can then be booked by Destination Black Hills, the Vendor-member, or the potential guest.
- Vendor-members can list only a portion of their inventory to be booked by Destination Black Hills staff, the Vendor-member or online.
- Rooms can be booked strictly through the Destination Black Hills reservation office based on your availability.
DESTINATION BLACK HILLS OBLIGATIONS
- Destination Black Hills will train Vendor-members and staff in the use of the Destination Black Hills reservation system.
- Maintain office hours for reservation calls seven days per week 8am to 8pm (MST) May through September and a minimum 8am to 6pm October through April. Destination Black Hills reserves the right to modify operating hours as deemed necessary. Booking online for Vendor-members who have provided inventory will be 24/7.
- Provide a toll free number for anyone needing to book a reservation by phone.
