Recently, some of the team and I went to Keller Williams largest convention of the year called Family Reunion. We had Tony Robbins, a motivational speaker (who was just amazing) and the leader of our company, Gary Keller, gave his annual state of the state of real estate address - which is always so insightful.  So, this month I thought instead of my regular estate planning blog, I would post the slides from that speech if anyone is interested in seeing what Gary has to say about the real estate market as a whole.
