What is your favorite real-estate related memory?
“Being at the closing table with my first clients, seeing how happy they were moving on to their next life chapter.” 💛

What’s a piece of advice you have for a home buyer? Home seller?
🏡 Buyer: “Get pre-approved (at least pre-qualified) before you ever look at a house. You don’t want to have an unrealistic view of what you can afford, get your hopes up, and then end up disappointed.”

🔑 Seller: “Have a couple different Realtors do a market analysis on your home, but don’t just go with the one that gives you the highest list price! Who’s going to actually go to work for you? Who’s going to be responsive and a good communicator? Who’s got the best marketing strategy? Who has proven systems in place?”

In your opinion, what is the most important feature in a home?
“Whatever spot you’re going to spend the most time!” — A cozy kitchen, a sunny living room, or a peaceful deck… it’s all about where your heart feels at home. ❤️
