Today, we’re celebrating someone truly special — the heart, compass, and steady hand behind our entire team: Faith Lewis. If you know Faith, you know she is equal parts grit and grace, rooted in the Black Hills yet shaped by adventures far beyond them. 1. Hometown?

Hill City, South Dakota. True Black Hills roots!

2. How long have you lived in the Black Hills?

Faith graduated from Hill City in 1983, spent 20 years traveling around the USA, and returned home in 2003 — right back to the place that feels like home.

3. What year did you start in real estate?

She earned her first real estate license in 1986, beginning a lifelong career she still loves today.

4. What was your first (or favorite) vehicle?

A yellow Pinto with a black hood and big speakers in the back — a classic with character.

5. What’s your go-to music?

Faith listens to just about everything, but her playlists often include Chris Stapleton and Eric Church — especially after seeing them both in concert recently.

6. Guilty pleasure TV show?

None! But she has some favorite movies:
A Knight’s Tale, Secondhand Lions, and The Notebook.

7. Best concert you’ve ever been to?

The Eagles at the Sphere in Las Vegas. Hands. Down.

8. Dream vacation destination?

Alaska — Spring 2026. The countdown is on!

9. Where would we find you at the mall?

You wouldn’t! Faith is far more likely to be at home or out walking in the forest.
If she is shopping, it’s in a small gift shop with unique local art and fun treasures.

10. Favorite real-estate-related memory?

Becoming her own Broker/Owner — a proud milestone and turning point.

11. Advice for home buyers?

• Get pre-qualified!
• Understand the seller’s motivation so your offer aligns with their goals — creating a win/win.

12. Advice for home sellers?

• Homes: Follow photo guidelines and staging tips to present the best product.
• Land: Clean up anything that needs to go. And if possible, add a driveway for better access.

13. What’s the most important feature in a home?

Curb appeal — it gets buyers in the door.
Then, the feeling you get when you walk inside.
