 Welcome to the Team: Colleen Parsons Joins Lewis Realty as Our New Licensed Listing Coordinator!

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest addition to the Lewis Realty family — Colleen Parsons, our new Licensed Listing Coordinator! With her real estate know-how, passion for helping others, and positive energy, Colleen is already making waves around the office and in our listings process.

Colleen brings nine years of experience in the real estate world to her role — with two years in Sioux Falls and the last seven rooted right here in the beautiful Black Hills. She officially became a licensed real estate agent in March 2023, adding even more depth to her skillset and allowing her to better serve our clients and team.

But Colleen’s story goes far beyond the real estate realm. She's originally from Clarks Grove, MN, attended Albert Lea High School, and graduated from the University of Sioux Falls with a double major in entrepreneurial studies and media marketing in 2016. 

She’s now a proud wife to her husband, Isaac, momma to two awesome kiddos and a 4-legged, 100 pound border collie mastiff named Denali. 

Outside of the office, you might catch her sipping on a cold brew, playing a round of tennis, or laughing along to reruns of The Office and Friends (she knows all the good quotes — trust us!).

Colleen is also a dedicated Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, where she shares her love for empowering others through beauty and confidence. Even more impressive is her deep involvement with her local church — especially her commitment to mentoring youth through the church’s youth group program.

In her role as our Listing Coordinator, Colleen will be the friendly, knowledgeable force behind the scenes, making sure our listings go live smoothly, professionally, and on point — every time.
