NAR Settlement and Rule Changes

As most everyone has heard, the National Association of Realtors settled the lawsuit against them,  and there is a lot of hype going around about it. I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what is going on and how it will affect our business here in South Dakota. I see the final outcome of the lawsuit as a good change - professional Realtors will get more professional.  Those that choose not to be professional may be setting themselves up for lawsuits.  All of this will get figured out over the next few months and will take affect I believe by the beginning of July.  I will share again once everything is ironed out and all of the dust settles.  Below is a helpful informational link if you would like to read more about this topic.
